No-Fault Zone® Game Playshop

Oslo, 7-8 September 2019
This 2-day The No-Fault Zone® Game Playshop is a hands-on and visual exploration of Rumi’s field beyond judgments of right and wrongs, and the principles and practices of Nonviolent Communication.

Get your hands on The No-Fault Zone Game and see how it supports:
- meditation, self-connection and clarifying inner conflicts
- a practice of empathic listening and honest expressing
- a step by step process for resolving conflicts with everyone’s needs clearly in view

This 2-day Game Playshop is for:

– Anyone wanting more clarity, compassion, and effective communication in their life

– Anyone curious to explore a visual, hands-on approach to the principles & practices of Nonviolent Communication

– NVC practitioners and trainers interested to see how the Game can support their students, clients, and themselves.

NVC Trainers are welcome to register for both days or for Day 2 only. At the end of Day 2, teachers and trainers can engage with Sura and Anniken in a Q & A session, for specific information about Game faciitation and applications for schools, business and other settings. FACILITATORS

Sura Hart is an international trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and is the contact person for projects integrating NVC into U.S. schools. She designs and facilitates trainings and curricula for students, parents, teachers, and school administrators around the globe, and is a co- founder of the six-day NVC Educators Institute: Teach for Life!.

Sura is co-founder and co-director of Kindle-Hart CommunicationTM; she wrote, with Victoria Kindle Hodson, three books: Respectful Parents, Respectful Kids; The Compassionate Classroom; The No- Fault Classroom. Sura and Victoria also created The No-Fault Zone® Game— a hands-on tool that people, ages 5-95, use to connect with themselve and others, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.

Sura travels extensively to train and support school communities, facilitate NVC workshops, and give conference presentations and keynote talks. She offers coaching and consulting by phone/zoom/skype. Sura’s website: thenofaultzone.com

Anniken Poulsson Beer has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education since the mid 80’s. She is passionate about supporting children in growing a healthy self-esteem. NVC is the foundation of her work. Anniken shares NVC in schools, parent groups and teacher trainings. She has years of experience working with children, ages 1-6, along with their parents and teachers.

In 2012, Anniken was certified by The Center for Nonviolent Communication as an international NVC trainer. Since 2016 she has worked full time sharing NVC with schools, businesses, and individuals, in Norway and abroad. Since 2016, The No Fault Zone® Game has been a central part of her trainings. She is the exclusive distributor of the English No-Fault Zone® Game in Europe, and the Norwegian Game in Norway, where it receives a warm welcome.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Venue: Centrally in Oslo (to be confirmed)
There will be coffee, tea and some snacks during the breaks, and also an opportunity to buy the Communication Tool No-Fault Zone® Game (in English or Norwegian).

We invite all participants to bring lunch or buy lunch nearby during the lunch break.

Every participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance and these two days are recognised in the Certification Process by CNVC.

If you cancel your participation after 20 August, we ask that you find someone to take your place in order for us to refund your deposit.
